Harding Wealth Management’s previous website did not reflect their expertise or unique position advising UK expats on pension transfers. The branding was generic, the site was outdated and hard to navigate, and it did not build trust or clearly explain their specialised services. This led to fewer enquiries and lower-value clients.
We began with a full branding refresh, focusing on Simon’s unique dual qualifications and 30 years of experience to create a professional, boutique identity. After defining their values and point of difference, we redesigned the website to simplify complex financial topics, improve navigation and user flow, and clearly communicate their service offerings. We also integrated a custom booking system to streamline client enquiries and reduce administrative work.
The process started with workshops and competitor analysis to understand Harding Wealth’s core strengths and market position. We developed a brand identity that aligned with their values of integrity, expertise and client focus. From there, we planned the website structure based on user needs and business goals, refined content to be clear and approachable, then built a responsive site that works well across devices. Finally, we tested and launched, supporting Harding Wealth through the transition and beyond.
