To get your Spotlight Site scheduled, you’ll need to provide:
The project 7 business day turnaround is scheduled once all content is provided and confirmed. If your content isn’t ready, the project won’t be scheduled to start untill it is. This ensures a smooth, fast build.
Once you’ve submitted your content and your project is scheduled, your part is done. I’ll take care of building your site over seven business days. All you’ll need to do is provide any feedback during your one round of tweaks. Meanwhile, you can focus on running your business.
Your Spotlight Site includes one round of minor content tweaks once you’ve reviewed the review site link. This is for small refinements such as updating wording once you see it live, swapping images, or correcting details. It does not include layout, structure, or design changes, or adding new sections. Any design or structural changes can be quoted separately if needed.
You’ll receive a link to review your website on the sixth business day of your build. I recommend submitting your feedback within 24 hours to keep your project on schedule. If you need more time, just let me know — your site won’t go live until feedback is provided or approved to proceed with no tweaks, so you control the timing.
Extra changes beyond your included round can be added for an additional cost. I will provide a quote if you need extra tweaks.

No. Spotlight Site uses your existing branding. If you need a full brand design or multiple pages, this would be part of a full custom branding package. If needed you can organise this prior to your website if you need. Click here to find out more.
Yes. You own all the content you provide (logo, text, images). You will have full access to your WordPress dashboard once your site is live. If you want training for your website this will be at an additional cost. While the Elementor Pro plugin licence is included as part of your $50/month ongoing fee. This keeps your site up to date with the latest features and secure.
The website will go offline if your ongoing payments stop. You can cancel anytime via email, but there are no refunds for partial months.
Once I’ve reviewed and approved your content, I’ll schedule your project. Depending on availability, your start date may be 1–3 weeks away, and in rare cases, up to 6 weeks. I’ll confirm your exact start date as soon as your content has been reviewed.
Once your project is scheduled, I’ll build your Spotlight Site over seven business days. On the sixth day, you’ll receive a preview to check everything and provide feedback. Your one included round of tweaks will be applied, and then your site goes live. The timeline only pauses if you need extra time to review—taking longer to provide feedback will push the launch date accordingly, so it’s best to review as soon as you can to get your site live quickly.
Yes! Your Spotlight Site includes monthly plugin updates as part of the $50/month ongoing fee, keeping your website secure and up to date. If you’d like extra support, such as adding new content, making changes beyond the included round of tweaks, or more hands-on maintenance, I also offer optional ongoing maintenance plans.
