Once that’s done, you’ll receive an email with your intake form and contract so we can get everything ready for your build. It’s quick, simple, and your project is officially reserved!

Next Steps

Step 1: Make Payment

Click on the 'Secure your spot' button and confirm your Spotlight Site spot by making the $800 +GST payment.
Payment ensures your project is officially reserved and gives you priority in my schedule.

Step 2: Provide Your Content

Once payment is made, you’ll receive access to the intake form as well as your contract to sign.
Here you’ll provide all your content: branding files, copy for your sections, images, domain details, and any other important information.
You can complete this at your own pace — take your time to ensure everything is accurate.

Step 3: Project Scheduled

Once I have received all your content from your intake form I will then confirm I have everything.
Your project will then be scheduled in and you will recieve a project start date, typically 1-3 weeks after content approval depending on availablity.

Step 4: Project Starts

On your scheduled project start date I will begin to design and build your website
I take your branding and content and bring your Spotlight Site to life.
You’ll see your website to review before it goes live.

Step 5: Review & Approve

You’ll have one round of tweaks for text, images, and small refinements.
After your feedback, I finalise your site and get it ready to launch.

Step 6: Start your ongoing monthly plan

Your $50/month +GST plan gets your website live, secure, and up to date. This payment must be active before we can launch your Spotlight Site.

Your monthly plan includes hosting, platform tools, and a monthly plugin update check to keep your site secure and running smoothly.

Step 7: Go Live

Your website goes live on high-speed Australian hosting, linked to your provided domain address (eg. yoursite.com.au).
You’ll receive login access to your new WordPress website.
