To keep the project on schedule, you must provide:
All branding files (logos, fonts, brand colours)
All website content (copy, images, videos) Copy you provide may be edited as needed to work effectively on your website and fit the page layout.
Domain name: purchased and access provided
Delays in providing this information may affect the project timeline.
Spotlight Site Setup Fee:
$800 + GST, payable before the project begins
Ongoing Fee:
$50 + GST per month (minimum 3-month commitment)
Covers: hosting, platform tools, Elementor Pro licence, monthly website health checks, and ongoing platform maintenance
Paid monthly by direct debit or card
Your site remains live and secure as long as the monthly fee is maintained. Cancellation can be requested via email after the minimum 3-month term. Partial months are non-refundable.
Your project will be scheduled once the setup fee is paid, the agreement is signed, and all required content and files are submitted
Typical build time: 7 business days scheduled in after confirmation of required content and assets
You will receive a preview link to review the site before it goes live
If content or assets are delayed, Mojo Design Co will not be able to schedule your project until received and approved.
Hosted on high-speed Australian servers to ensure your site is fast, secure, and live
Monthly platform and plugin checks included in your ongoing fee
Elementor Pro licence is included; if monthly payments stop, the licence is deactivated
You retain ownership of all content you provide (copy, images, videos)
WordPress dashboard will be provided
Mojo Design Co retains admin access for ongoing hosting and support
You may cancel hosting/ongoing payment after the minimum 3-month term by emailing Mojo Design Co
Site remains live until the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months or unused services
Provide content that you own or have rights to
Mojo Design Co is not liable for legal issues, lost leads, or third-party opinions
Payment of the setup and monthly fees constitutes agreement to these terms
A formal contract outlining these Terms & Conditions will be sent to you once your initial payment is received.
Signing this contract is required before the project officially begins.
By making the initial payment and signing the contract (sent after payment), you acknowledge that you will enter into a legally binding agreement with Mojo Design Co.
