Sporting Minds approached me for a website redesign that needed to go far beyond aesthetics. Their existing platform was not only visually misaligned with their energetic, playful brand, but operationally inefficient. Participants were required to complete booking payments separately from their registration forms, leading to incomplete submissions and significant time spent chasing missing information. Their merchandise store also felt outdated and difficult to manage.
The objective was to create a website that reflected the energy of the business while streamlining backend systems so the team could focus on delivering their programs, not managing admin.
We transitioned the business from Wix to a fully customised WordPress platform, developing a new creative direction that introduced colour, movement and personality while maintaining clarity. A custom integrated booking system was built so participants could complete payment and required program details in one seamless process, eliminating the previous administrative burden. A new ecommerce store was also implemented to allow merchandise purchases with simple event day collection.
The result is a vibrant, strategically structured website that supports Sporting Minds operationally and visually. Their systems now work for them, not against them, allowing the team to focus on growth and client experience while their website handles the rest.
