Client guides, landing pages, brochures, email templates, promotional graphics — they sit on the to-do list because there’s never enough time to design them properly.
The Strategic Design Day is designed to solve that.
Instead of juggling small projects across weeks or trying to DIY important assets, you can book a dedicated design day where we focus entirely on creating the materials your business needs most.
Every business is different, so your day will be tailored to your priorities. Most clients use the time for one larger project, a couple of medium projects, or several smaller design updates.
Before your design day begins, you’ll submit a priority list of the assets you’d like designed.
We’ll work through the list in order of importance to ensure the most valuable work gets completed first.

Strategic Design Days are available on select Wednesdays each month.
To secure your booking:
Once booked, you’ll receive access to your client portal and preparation questionnaire.
Before your design day, you’ll complete a preparation questionnaire and upload your materials.
This includes:
All materials must be submitted at least 3 business days before the design day so everything is ready to go.
Your 8 hour design day runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
9:00am — Kickoff call
We begin with a short call to confirm the priorities for the day and ensure everything is aligned.
9:30am — Design begins
I start working through your priority list.
Designs will be shared throughout the day for quick feedback when needed.
5:00pm — Delivery
At the end of the day you’ll receive your completed design files.
You’ll also receive 7 days of email support for questions.
To make the most of your Strategic Design Day, it’s important that you’re available throughout the day.
While most design work happens independently, there may be moments where I need:
• quick feedback
• clarification on content
• confirmation on design decisions
To keep the workflow moving, please ensure your calendar is clear and free from meetings or appointments during your design day.


To ensure everything we create aligns with your brand, you must have a brand style guide.
At minimum this should include:
• logo usage guidelines
• colour palette and colour codes
• typography and font selections
You’ll be asked to upload your brand guidelines when booking.
If brand guidelines are not provided, we may not be able to proceed with the Strategic Design Day.


The Strategic Design Day is $1,800 + GST
Payment structure:
• 50% deposit to secure your booking
• Remaining 50% due 24 hours before the design day

Yes. The Strategic Design Day is a full-day booking only, allowing your business to receive dedicated design time.

This helps keep the design process moving and ensures we can complete as much work as possible.

If additional work is needed, you can:
• book another Strategic Design Day
• request a quote for the remaining work
Yes. Both new and existing clients are welcome.
New clients will simply provide additional information about their business and brand during the preparation process.
Strategic Design Days are available on select Wednesdays each month, and spots are limited.
If you have a specific deadline or launch coming up, it’s best to book as early as possible.
If you need to reschedule your Strategic Design Day, please provide at least 5 business days’ notice so we can arrange another date. Rescheduling fees may apply.
